Therapeutic Counselling, Breathwork & Grief Support
Rooted in somatic awareness and nervous system attunement, Breath and Being offers integrative support for grief tending, life transitions, embodied healing, and meaningful inner exploration.
Different pathways.
One relational approach.
Ongoing therapeutic sessions rooted in relational connection, presence, somatic exploration and embodied awareness. A structured and professional space for sustained psychological growth and integration.
Individual support for those navigating death, life transitions, chronic illness, or other forms of grief and loss. This work honours loss through companionship - relational presence, somatic practices, and compassion.
Guided sessions that work directly with the body and nervous system through intentional breath and somatic practices. These may stand alone or complement counselling work.
Online and in-person spaces for bringing grief back to the commons. These groups offer community, ritual, and guided somatic support — allowing grief to be witnessed and held collectively.
The Being Approach
I work from what I call The Being Approach — a way of meeting life that values presence over performance, listening over fixing, and relationship over rushing toward resolution.
Healing here is not about pushing or striving. It is about slowing down, listening inward, and remembering. Returning to a relationship with yourself, your grief, your body, and the world around you, in a way that feels authentic and embodied.
This work is shaped by professional training, embodiment practices, and years of learning with mentors, land, grief, and community.
“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It is a relationship between equals.”
- Joan Halifax
I’m so glad you are here.
If you are here, it’s possible that grief and love have touched your life too. Whether your experience of loss comes through illness, relationships, life transitions, or the many ways life asks us to let go, your experience matters. You are not alone in what you feel.
I am passionate about supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies, their emotions, and their inner worlds. This work invites us to gently meet what has been held—creating space to feel, process, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and aliveness. As we deepen this relationship within ourselves, it begins to shape how we show up in our relationships and in the world around us.
My intention is to offer a space rooted in compassion, presence, and non-judgment—where you are welcome to arrive exactly as you are. A space where what you have been carrying can be witnessed, honoured, and explored with care.
Let’s be human together.
It takes courage to turn toward what is present, to feel what is here, and to stay with it. In that space, something begins to shift—often opening the door to greater connection, freedom, and possibility.
As someone who lives with a high level of sensitivity, I understand what it means to feel life and relationships in a profound way. I draw on breathwork, movement, and somatic practices as supportive tools for processing and integration—approaches that continue to support me in my own life as well. I truly live the work that I share and I will not invite you meet your experiences and self in ways that I have not yet practiced in my explorations of self.
I see our work together as a collaborative process—an opportunity to listen, to explore, and to meet what is present with curiosity and compassion.
If something in these words resonates, you are welcome to reach out. We can connect and explore whether working together feels aligned.
